When our Customers use the Services to manage their own end customers' information ("Customer-Submitted Data"), we process that information on behalf of and at the direction of the Customer. In this context, the Customer is the controller of Customer-Submitted Data, and we act as a processor or service provider.

6.1 Service providers

We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Services, including cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, customer support tools, and security and fraud-prevention vendors. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to use information only as needed to provide their services to us.

For Customer-Submitted Data, retention is governed by our agreement with the Customer. Upon termination, we will make Customer Data available for export for thirty (30) days, after which we may delete it.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") provide additional rights regarding personal information.

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (subscription and billing data), internet activity (usage data), geolocation data (approximate), and professional information (employer, role).

Sale or sharing: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
